Fantastic breakfast buffet, fast elevator and wonderful staff. Rooms are fairly large and have comfortable beds. Very modern, airy feel. Fantastic location just steps from the main train station.

The staff at the reception were so unfriendly, no smiles, no saying welcome. Felt as if we were intruding on their space. After a 25 hour journey it would of been nice to be greeted in a better way. The breakfast was lovely, and Catherine needs an award for the best customer service. She is AMAZING. She remembered peoples coffee and tea preferences. The room was great, good size, beds were soo comfortable felt like I was in a cloud.. Room was kept clean.

Location, room and breakfast. Excellent location near the Zurich central station, just a 5-min walk and is along the quirky area of Neiderdorf. Really good hotel location for visiting Zurich for the first time. I especially like the warm hospitality of the staff, esp. Ms. Cathy who was ever hospitable during our 3-day stay. The stay comes with a free breakfast which you shouldn't miss! We booked a 3-bed room where you have ample space for 3 people to stay in. the room also comes with a yoga mat which you can use for a good stretch before you start walking the day away. Bathroom was clean and spacious with free Rituals bath products!

The rooms were an excellent size for a single traveller. The bed was comfortable, and options for blankets and pillows were provided according to your preference. The room also had an umbrella, which helped on a rainy day. Breakfast had good options, and the lady staff serving breakfast was super friendly and cheerful. The location is great, within a 3-minute walk to Zurich, HB, and right next door is the Polybahn to ETH, from where you can see a nice panoramic view of Zurich City. All Zurich attractions are within walking distance.

Great location across the river. About 10 min walk from Zurich HB and has a direct tram station 50m away that connects to shopping area. Comfortable beddings. We booked 2 rooms, 1 of which was much bigger than the other, which helps with our luggages. Staffs were helpful.

The location of Hotel was one of the most convenient. Hotel staff was most courteous and helpful. The room was maintained clean and serviced everyday by the housekeeping staff.

Nice clean room. Very comfortable. Small bathroom. but neat and clean. Professional staff. Good location. Breakfast was better than expected, although selection was limited. All in all, a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

The hotel itself might not be the top of the line, but they provide an exceptional experience! The Superior King Room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. There might be some noises since it's close to bar and traffic, but it wasn't a problem for us. The wifi is fast! Breakfast option is not a lot but we still enjoyed it. Waffle + chocolate spread is delicious! Great they also provided a lactose-free milk! All the staffs are so nice and helpful. The location is very close to public transport. I would stay in this hotel again the next time I go to Zurich!

This is a very nice hotel right in the heart of the action in Zurich - the tram (the Polybahn) up to the university is a few footsteps way. There are all sorts of great restaurants and tourist shops nearby. The river is a 3 minute walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful - they answered several questions for us. The room itself was nice and spacious. The breakfast was really good - a great, charming spread of lots of options.
